RESEARCH CONSULTATION

I partner with schools, organizations, and institutions to conceive, execute, and disseminate research that lies at the intersections of race, racial identity development, youth development, participatory action research, and/or school/organizational culture.

SCHOOL/COMMUNITY CONSULTATION

I have worked with numerous community organizations, schools, school districts, and state education organizations to help them tap into the resilience of minoritized communities and produce excellence.
